Respite

This place has no purpose
other than as a place of peace,
a place to be alone with your Lord;
a place to just walk in the Garden,
with Jesus.

Imagine, if you will,
Sitting on a bench near the water,
In quiet conversation with Him.
Listen, because that's what you need
to do the most of,
As he tells you in so many ways
that you are His own.
